This hat is very good quality, soft, and cute. I got it because my spouse and I have similar hats and I wanted matching hats for everyone. Our dog's head is a little big for these hats (I got a size L, but he's like 50 lbs) - but it actually looks cute for our purposes of doing silly matching photos. His ears definitely don't fit through the ear holes, but the size of the hat was as advertised. I thought L corresponded to 'L dog' at first, which was my bad.

Really cute hat. Very soft. Fits my 3 kg pup well although I have to cross the straps under her chin and tie them at the back of her neck to be able to keep it snug enough to not fall over.
