I order a small (5 lb chihuahua/dachshund) and a medium (7 lb chihuahua) and both fit great. I worked with the seller to switch from 2 smalls to 1 small and 1 medium and it was very easy.

This shirt is perfect for pups to wear under their winter coats. The neck is slightly smaller than I expected but it still fits my JRT.
This is an absolutely adorable little turtleneck and it's just as described and pictured. The quality is top notch! My little senior rescue girl is loving it. She is wearing it right now and is snug as a bug) The fit is perfect if you follow the measurements but it also has some give due to elastane in the fabric. It's a perfect piece to wear around the house and for outside we just layer it underneath a puffer jacket (she is always cold!). I will be repurchasing in other colors. Highly recommended!!!
